Photography booking policies support a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for everyone involved.
Booking & Payment
Sessions are not confirmed until your deposit has been received. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your session date.
The remaining balance is due prior to the release of your final images.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change.
- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled session.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
For outdoor or ocean sessions, weather conditions may require rescheduling. We will work with you to find the best alternative date.
Arrival & Timing
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.
Late arrivals may reduce your shooting time to avoid impacting other bookings. If you are more than 20 minutes late without notice, the session may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
Hair & Makeup Artistry
Basic grooming, styling, and touch-ups are included. For more advanced hair and makeup services, additional arrangements can be made after booking. You are free to use your own hair and makeup artist if preferred.
We recommend arriving camera-ready unless you have spoken directly with our hair and makeup artist.
Creative Direction
All sessions are guided and supported. We provide direction throughout the shoot while allowing space for natural movement and expression.
Creative decisions, including lighting, composition, and final image selection, are made with the overall quality and style of the work in mind.
Image Delivery
Final edited images are delivered within the timeframe outlined in your package, typically within 14 days.
Images are delivered digitally via an online gallery. Additional edits or images may be available for purchase.
Usage & Rights
Alexander Rea retains the copyright to all images.
Clients are granted a personal-use license to share and use images for self-promotion, portfolios, and social media. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution requires written permission.
We may use selected images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Safety & On-Location Sessions
Safety is a top priority for all sessions, especially for outdoor and water-immersive shoots.
We use specialized equipment and guide all sessions carefully. Clients are responsible for communicating any concerns, limitations, or comfort levels prior to and during the shoot.
Participation in certain environments (such as ocean sessions) is voluntary and may require a signed acknowledgment of conditions.
Respect & Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment.
Any behavior that is unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive may result in the session being ended without refund.
